The CCSD Spring Choice Fair is your opportunity to explore featured schools in the Clark County School District (CCSD) that currently have open seats or unique enrollment options for students. Please note, not all choice schools will be present—the highlighted schools attending have seats currently available and unique enrollment opportunities.
While magnet and open enrollment schools at the event are utilizing late applications, a few have their own specific timelines and processes. Be sure to check the details for each school to understand their requirements.
Keep in mind that entry requirements vary by school, and seats are limited and may fill quickly—so act fast!

School Choice Categories
Every family deserves the opportunity to choose the best education for their child. At CCSD, we offer a variety of school choice programs so families can discover opportunities that inspire learning and growth.
CTE Pathway Program: Central Technical Training Academy
- Who They Are: Central Technical Training Academy (CTTA) focuses on career pathway training through Career and Technical Education (CTE) coursework, credentialing, and work-based learning opportunities, specifically in advanced manufacturing and construction technology.
- Who Can Apply: Students entering Grades 11 or 12 can apply. CTTA requires that students have earned 8 credits by the end of Grade 10, including 1 English and 1 Math credit.

Dual Enrollment High School: College of Southern Nevada High School
- Who They Are: College of Southern Nevada (CSN) High School is a dual-credit program that provides a smooth transition from high school to college by combining high school and college credits. All three CSN main campuses have CSN High School locations through an agreement between CCSD and CSN. CCSD pays up to twelve approved CSN credits of tuition per semester.
- Who Can Apply: CSN High School is designed for incoming students in Grades 11 or 12 who are on track for graduation.

Magnet Schools
- What They Are: Magnet schools bring students from diverse backgrounds together, offering specialized programs with unique themes—like International Baccalaureate, creative arts, STEM, or leadership.
- Who Can Apply: Students entering Kindergarten–Grade 11 can apply to a magnet school. Admission may be based on criteria, interest, or an audition. To be entered into the lottery for a criteria-based or performing arts high school, students must meet minimum eligibility or audition requirements.

Online School: Nevada Learning Academy
- Who They Are: Nevada Learning Academy (NVLA) is a tuition-free online public school that offers students opportunities to engage in online courses to enhance their learning experience. NVLA is the largest premier online school in Nevada and provides 100% online education.
- Who Can Apply: Students in Kindergarten–Grade 12 who live in Clark County can enroll at NVLA.
- Application Info: Enrollment at NVLA must be completed in person during the school’s designated enrollment windows. Learn more at: nvlearningacademy.net.
Open Enrollment Schools
- What They Are: An Open Enrollment school is a CCSD school on the district’s Open Enrollment list with available seats that students may apply to attend outside of their assigned attendance zone.
- Who Can Apply: Students in Kindergarten–Grade 12 who live in Clark County can apply to an Open Enrollment school.
